Diversified Technique
Diversified Technique is a manual adjusting technique using a high-velocity, low-amplitude force to correct a spinal or joint malposition. The technique allows the doctor to move the patient's joints through a certain range of motion depending on the area needing to be adjusted. The direction, speed, depth, and angle of the adjustment are all unique to the patient and their symptoms.

The energy delivered during the thrust may produce a slight “popping” sound from the shifting of gas and fluids within the joint and is very common. Diversified Technique is one the most commonly used techniques among chiropractors.

Activator Technique
The Activator Method Chiropractic Technique® is a diagnostic and treatment technique to help treat back pain, neck pain, and headaches (both chronic and migraine), joint pain, and many other conditions.

The Activator is a small, hand-held instrument used to deliver a gentle impulse force to the spine or treatment area to provide restored motion to the targeted spinal vertebra or joint causing pain.

There are two advantages of the Activator technique. The first is the speed of the hand-held device. The instrument is fast enough that the body's muscles are less likely to tense in response and resist the treatment. The lack of muscle resistance helps to facilitate the treatment effectiveness. The second is that the applied force is localized and does not add any additional torque or bending movement to the joint.

ProAdjuster Technique
We offer an experience that may be different from your previous chiropractic experiences. Our doctors use specific techniques and the most advanced chiropractic technology to measure and correct imbalances in the body.

Adjustments are often made with the use of an instrument through a computerized neuro-functional technology based on the best available evidence in the fields of neurophysiology and chiropractic science. With our technology, called the ProAdjuster, the resistance and placement of each vertebra are measured independently and in relation to each other, allowing the doctors to precisely adjust only the specific vertebrae that need correction. Only a light amount of pressure is used for our adjustments.

The entire spine is also evaluated with a series of comprehensive nervous system exams before any adjustment is made. This will allow the doctors to determine exactly where an adjustment will promote the optimal correction of the nervous system.

Electric Muscle Stimulation
Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) treatment targets specific nerve and muscle groups that have been affected by an acute or chronic injury. EMS helps decrease pain and discomfort and helps the body’s natural healing response. EMS may be used to calm spasming muscles.

The stimulation tires the muscle, causing it to relax and the pain to ease. When an injury threatens to atrophy muscles because a patient is unable to move a body part, EMS helps to stimulate the muscle without causing harm to the injured area. EMS is great for those who wish to reduce pain while dealing with joint pain and soft tissue injuries, such as sprains, strains, spasms, sciatica, and many other conditions.

Ultrasound
Ultrasound therapy is used to decrease muscle pain and range of motion dysfunction. Therapeutic ultrasound uses sound waves at multiple frequencies to deliver deep heat to the injured tissues. Treatments help reduce stiffness, swelling, and pain, increase circulation, and promote pain-free movement. Ultrasound therapy may be used alone or in conjunction with stretching, therapeutic massage, heat, or chiropractic manipulation. Ultrasound therapy is a painless procedure, and many people find it relaxing.

Intersegmental Traction
Intersegmental Traction works by creating passive motion that causes mild stretching of the spinal joints and improves mobility. The Intersegmental Traction table functions by mobilizing the spinal column while at the same time gently stretching the muscles and ligaments using a milking motion by relaxing and contracting the muscles that attach to each individual vertebrae.

When the postural muscles of the spine or the muscles which help in keeping an individual in a straight position are disturbed or affected badly due to injury, fatigue, poor posture, or accident, it causes spasms in them.

Manual Release Technique
Muscle Release Technique is used to treat problems that involve the muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. The goal is to reestablish proper motion between muscles and fascia, all while decreasing fibrous adhesions in the soft tissue.

Ultimately myofascial (muscle and fascia) and neural (nerves) glide are being reestablished, allowing the restored function of the muscle, fascia, and nerves being affected. The technique is used for patients with acute, chronic, overuse, and repetitive strain injuries and postoperative cases of all types.

Non-Surgical Cervical and Lumbar Traction
If you have ongoing back pain, neck pain, herniated discs, sciatica, or numbness and tingling, you may benefit from state-of-the-art axial spinal traction. Offering new hope for back pain sufferers, non-surgical spinal traction has a high success rate in the treatment of serious back conditions and is considered the most promising non-surgical disc treatment.

Kinesiology Tape (KT Tape)
KT tape helps facilitate the body's natural healing process and range of motion by providing support and stability to the muscles and joints. It also helps with improving blood flow, reducing pain, reducing swelling, and controlling inflammation. KT tape is water and sweat-proof. It is made to withstand the harshest of conditions that athletes and non-athletes put it through.

Cupping
Discover the transformative benefits of cupping therapy. Cupping, a natural treatment method, aids in relieving pain by enhancing blood flow and alleviating muscle tension. When muscles become strained or tight, they exert pressure on nerves, resulting in discomfort. Cupping effectively releases this tension, promoting improved blood circulation and decreased pain levels. Additionally, it assists in reducing inflammation, addressing a common source of discomfort. From back pain and headaches to muscle tightness and sports injuries, cupping therapy offers holistic relief for a variety of conditions. Experience the healing potential of cupping therapy and embrace natural pain relief today.

Massage Therapy
Chiropractic or massage therapy? With us, you can have the best of both worlds! We combine both approaches to treat sore muscles and other medical ailments that can speed up your recovery time. Many people use both massage and chiropractic to help manage back pain, osteoarthritis, cholesterol, depression, insomnia, prostate problems, and many other conditions.

Chiropractic and massage therapy help to reduce muscle and joint aches, improve mobility, and relax the muscles. Massages not only help relax the muscles in the body but they also increase blood flow and oxygen to muscles, which in turn provides more nutrients to each muscle fiber. Together, chiropractic and massage facilitate a more complete and effective system of health. Whether you are being treated for back pain or need to align your spine for efficient running, learn how these two therapies work together to help you maintain optimum health and quality of life.
